Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese festival,meaning it's going to be Chinese New Year. 

On this day,people usually have a kind of special porridge to celebrate.Laba porridge,which is a bowl of porridge made of many ingredients,such as glutinous rice,red beans,peanuts,longans,lotus seeds,etc,implying a happy reunion.

A small bowl of porridge carries the blessing of relatives and the yearning for home.At the same time,there are other traditional foods belonging to the Laba Festival,such as Laba garlic,Laba beans,Laba tofu.
